She earned her Psy.D. in School/Child Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University and has worked in private practice, residential treatment settings, and mental health clinics. Dr. Gardner brings extensive expertise in anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, and family stress.

Dr. Suzannah Espinosa is a licensed psychologist with more than 20 years of experience providing outpatient psychotherapy for adults and older adolescents. A DBT-LBC Certified Clinician, Dr. Espinosa is also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Dr. Shank utilizes evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused interventions to help clients build resilience and improve their emotional well-being.
